Named 'Little Chicago' after 'Chicago', the original suburb name of Kilburn, these 14 homes offer exceptional design and quality, and introduce a new chapter in the story of Kilburn. New residents are coming home to character, a strong sense of community and clever, modern townhouse design.
18th Street worked closely with client Civecon and builder Metricon Homes to an end to end marketing solution for the sales of these 14 homes. We created a brand that captured the unique history of the up-and-coming suburb of Kilburn, while also promising a contemporary future with a clean logo set on a gold background. We created a simple but effective website for buyers to explore the project prior to enquiry, and supported the sales journey with a digital and printed brochure, site plan, and floorplans.
The campaign was launched with onsite signage, social media advertising and search engine marketing. The project sold exceptionally well, setting a new standard for the area.
